It seemed that almost everyone we knew, had been to Cancun at some point. We didn’t even realize, that the direct flight from Charlotte was only 3.5 hours long. But we finally went for a week around New Years 2020, and we loved it! We’d planned on a return trip for Spring Break 2020, but COVID-19 cancelled that. ☹️ We had no idea, the New Years trip would’ve be our last travel outside the US for so long.
